摘要
利用紊动扩散的流体力学理论,分析研究了圆管轴向的紊动扩散规律,得出了轴向扩散的数学模型。并将此数学模型应用到注、替水泥浆过程中,推导出了隔离液在套管及不同偏心度下环空的掺混段长度的计算公式,从而计算出被污染隔离液的总体积,以此确定隔离液的最小用量,并给出了计算实例。
A numeric model of axial diffusion is established based on the analysis of the axial diffusion of turbulent pipe flow. Using this model in the calculation of injection and displacement of cement slurry,the length of the mixed spacer and cement slurry in casing string and annulus of different eccentricity is calculated,and hence the total volume of the contaminated spacer. From this calculation the minimum volume of spacer required can be established.
