摘要 介绍了一种新型无机复合除硫剂,并对其在钻井液中的应用性能进行了评价。它是锌粉、锌基化合物及高分子材料等经复分解化合而制得的钻井液用除硫剂,具有纯度高、单体配比优化、分子量高、有效作用物锌含量高、添加量小等特点,含有多种能与硫化物生成沉淀的离子,能起到更好的除硫效果,且它对钻井液的流变性影响不大,对地层不会造成污染;适用于各种水基钻井液,在pH值为11时的除硫效果最佳;除硫后钻井液中的硫含量极低,除硫效果显著,完全能满足安全钻进的要求。在中古9井的试验应用表明,该无机复合除硫剂达到了预期的除硫效果,与实验室测试结果相符。 A new sulfide scavenger is produced through double decomposition and chemical combination of zinc powder,zinc compound and high molecular weight materials. It has high purity,optimum monomer mass ratio,high molecular weight,and high concentration of zinc. Concentration of this sulfide scavenger can be used to remove numbers of sulfide at low concentrations. It imposes almost no effect on the rheology of drilling fluid in which it is used,and is suitable for use in almost all kinds of water base drilling fluids. The optimum pH for removing sulfide is 11. Drilling fluids treated with this sulfide scavenger have very low concentration of sulfide. This sulfide scavenger has been successfully used in well Zhonggu9.
