摘要
为解决1949年秋季中小学开学时教科用书问题,华北人民政府教育部教科书编审委员会成立,修订了一套在全国较大范围使用的中小学教科书。这套教科书整合了公私各方出版力量,保证了新中国大部分地区教科书的平稳过渡,奠定了新中国教科书统一集中发展的基础。具有出版的应急性、种类的不完整性、形式的简约性、内容的继目性、编写的集中性等基本特点。
To solve the textbook problem for the 1949's Autumn Semester of Primary and Middle Schools in China, the Textbook Compilation Committee of Education Ministry of the People' s Government of North China was established. It revised a set of primary and middle school textbook which was widely used in most parts of China. This set of textbooks, which was a result of the co-efforts of the public and private publishing forces, guaranteed the peaceful transition of textbooks in most parts of new China and laid a foundation of the unified and collective development of textbooks in new China. This set of books was characterized by its being urgent in publishing, incomplete in categories, simple in form, inheriting in content and collective in editing, etc.
