摘要
本文以美国热电公司IRISAdvantege［TM］系列产品为例，讨论了电感耦合等离子体直读式固态摄谱仪的新进展、工作原理、技术指标和测试结果。
With the IRIS Advantage[TM] series instruments of Thermo Jarrell Ash Corporation, USA, as example, the new developments,working principles, innovative technlcal specifications and analy-tical results of the direct reading ICP solid state spectrographs are discussed in this paper.
