摘要
目的探讨小骨窗开颅手术治疗基底核区脑出血的方法和疗效。方法80例基底核区出血患者采用小骨窗开颅清除血肿,术后辅以脱水降颅压等相关治疗。结果血肿清除满意,存活74例,根据ADL(日常生活活动能力)分级:Ⅰ级35例,Ⅱ级26例,Ⅲ级10例,Ⅳ级3例。结论此术式操作相对简单、损伤小、进颅快、定位准确,清除血肿彻底。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and method of hematoma clearance in basal ganglia by small skull hole1.Methods 80 patients with cerebral Hemorrhage were treated with this method.The decreasing intracranial pressure and many other therapeutic methods were performed after the operation.Results There was satisfactory effect after this operation.74 patients were survived.with 35 cases in grade one;,26 cases in grade two;10 in grade three,3 in grade fouraccording to ADL.Conclusion This operative method might be easy,less injury,short duration and accuracy.Hematoma were usually cleared thoroughly.
