摘要
[目的]合成2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸2-取代乙酯类化合物,探讨其对小鼠记忆力的影响.[方法]以2-乙基吡啶为原料,经过Whol-Ziegler反应及Williamson反应及酯化反应,得到2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸2-取代乙酯(5~7).采用水迷宫法检测对小鼠记忆力的影响.[结果]成功地合成化合物5~7,而2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸2-(1-吗啉)乙酯(5)具有提高小鼠记忆力的作用.
OBJECTIVE To synthesize the compounds of 2-substituted ethyl 2-[1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethoxy] acetate and study its effects for ability of memory in mice.METHODSThe compounds of 2-substituted ethyl 2-[1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethoxy] acetate(5~7) were prepared by using 2-ethylpyridine,through Whol-Ziegler reaction,Williamson reaction and esterification reaction,and its effects for ability of memory in mice were studied by swimming maze test.RESULTSThe 2-morpholinoethyl 2-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethoxy) acetate(5) has the effect of improving the ability of memory in mice.
