42例良性前列腺增生术后排尿异常原因的尿动力学分析

Urodynamic analysis of paruria cause after prostatectomy of 42 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia

[背景]探讨尿动力学检查在良性前列腺增生术后排尿异常的诊断中的意义.[病例报告]回顾性分析2007年12月至2009年9月间接受经尿道前列腺电切术的310例患者,其中术后发生排尿异常者为42例(13.55%),均行尿动力学检查,见术后排尿异常的主要原因有逼尿肌收缩功能障碍(16例)、逼尿肌不稳定(24例)及膀胱出口残余梗阻(2例).[讨论]尿动力学检查对术后分析排尿异常的产生原因具有临床意义.

BACKGROUND To investigate the diagnostic significance of urodynamic examination for paruria after prostatectomy of benign prostatic hyperplasia.CASE REPORTS310 patients with undergone transurethral prostatectomy were retrospectively analyzed from December 2007 to September 2009,of which 42 cases（13.55%） happed the postoperative paruria,and were performed by urodynamic examination.The main causes of postoperative paruria were contractile dysfunction of the detrusor muscle（16 cases）,detrusor instability（24 cases） and bladder outlet residuum obstruction（2 cases）.DISCUSSIONUrodynamic examination has clinical significance for analyzing the cause of paruria after prostatectomy.
