摘要 分别在干摩、注水润滑条件下,研究了沥青基碳纤维增强环氧模塑料中碳纤维含量的改变对摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,干摩和注水润滑下,碳纤维含量的改变对模塑料的摩擦系数影响不大,而显著影响其磨损性能,当纤维含量为60%时,比磨耗率最小。滴水和注水的润滑效果相当,两者都显著降低摩擦系数,减小比磨耗率。当加入玻璃纤维后,无论其含量多少,都会显著提高摩擦系数,增大磨损率。 The friction and wear behaviors of the pitch-based carbon fiber reinforced epoxy molding plastic were investigated with the change of fiber content under different sliding conditions, and a com paration between CREP and HREP under water lubrication was conducted, too. Experiment results show that the change of carbon fiber content has no influence on friction coefficient and the specific wear rate decreases with the increase of carbon fiber content. However, when the content is 60%, it increases. The same tribological properties are given under flooding and drip lubrication which is better than taht under dry sliding. The mixing of glass fiber make the tribological properties worse, no matter how much of the fiber content is
