摘要
通过金相、化学分析、透射电镜、扫描电镜及X射线衍射仪等分析手段对350兆瓦汽轮机叶片的失效进行了分析。结果表明,该叶片的失效是由于疲劳断裂而不是由于腐蚀环境下的疲劳断裂。
Failure analysis of the fracture of 350MW turbine blades has been investigated by means of metallographic examination, chemical analysis, TEM,SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the failures of the blades are caused by fatigue fracture and not corrosion fatigue
