八味沉香胶囊对大鼠血栓形成和微循环的影响

Effect of Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule on thrombosis and microcirculation in rats

目的:观察八味沉香胶囊对大鼠血栓形成和微循环的影响。方法:通过BI-2000E医用图象分析仪观察记录大鼠肠系膜微动脉和微静脉的口径、血流速度及毛细血管开放的数目;用BT87-3型实验性体内血栓形成仪刺激颈动脉,观察颈动脉血栓形成时间。结果:八味沉香胶囊1.2g/kg、0.6g/kg、0.3g/kg连续给药15天,可使大鼠体内血栓形成时间延长;使大鼠肠系膜微动脉和微静脉的口径增大,肠系膜微动脉和微静脉的血流速度加快,毛细血管开放的数目增加。结论:八味沉香胶囊具有明显的改善微循环、抑制血栓形成作用。

Oh jective：To observe effects of Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule on thrombosis and microcirculation in rats. Methods： The mesentery vascular gauge,bloed velocity and quantity of blood capillary were observed by BI -2000medical imaging analys sys- tem in rats. The time of thrombosis in carotid artery wsa observed by BT87 - 3 experimental internal thrombosis apparatus. Results： The Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule can extend the time of internal thrombosis and increase the mesentery vascular gauge,accelerate blood velocity, increase the quantity of blood capillary in rots. Conclusion： Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule may obciously improve microcireulstion and inhibit thrombosis.
