A detailed introduction of a pithy formula, which applied to estimate the electrical parameter of power supply system used for crane, such as calculated load, peak current, with the help of experience coefficient were introduced. It also analyses the origin of the pithy formula and experience coefficient, and presents the physical prospect accordingly. Moreover, it sums the pithy formula up by putting the electric theory into practical operation ,which would useful in design,installation, circulation and maintenance of power supply system used for crane rapidly and accurately.
