摘要 螺栓联接是煤矿机械中常用的一种联接方式,通过带螺栓多约束组件建立参数化模型,针对组件模型特性引入同步变化理论,构建了基于组件的改进型多约束优化数学模型。在实例分析和优化设计中,结合相关设计理论进行对比,证明了方法的合理性,从而为各种工程实际下的带螺栓组多约束组件的合理有效设计提供了有力的理论和实践依据。 The bolt connection is commonly used in coal mine machinery a parameterized model of the assembly which includes bolt and other connections is built. The paramater will be changed together of the assembly the improved multi-constraint mathematical model is built for assembly. Then a example is analysed and designed with design theory. The method is proved reasonably, thus, the design of assembly which includes bolt and other connections in variety of engineering practice can be effectively and properly by the method.
