摘要
经分析得出多滚筒驱动带式输送机各滚筒牵引力的实际分配关系,在此基础上提出了采用液体黏性软起动装置进行功率平衡调节的原理,同时给出了基于PLC功率平衡自动调节的控制策略和方法。
The actual distribution relationship of the muhi-pulley-driven beh conveyor roller traction was obtained. Based on the hydroviscous soft-start device to adjust the power balance was proposed. Meanwhile,the self-regulated control strategies and methods on the PLC is given.
