摘要
通过合理简化滑移液压支架三维模型并对其进行几何清理,建立滑移液压支架的有限元模型,对其进行整机有限元静力学分析,着重分析了支架顶梁单侧加载和扭转时的应力分布,为支架设计提供参考依据。
By simplifying the three dimensional model of the sliding hydraulic support suitably and cleaning up the geometry model to set up the finite element model ,then carrying on finite element statics analysis. Puts emphasis on analysing the two kinds of stress distribution when one side of sliding hydraulic support suffers pressure and the sliding hydraulic support suffers torsion,which can provide reference proof for designing of the hydraulic support.
