摘要
针对白沙矿务局某煤矿的通风系统,设计了一套基于S7-224和G150的煤矿风机监控系统,给出了系统结构和控制原理,分析了S7-244与PC及G150之间的通信方式的选择,介绍了监控系统的上位机和下位机监控模块的功能。系统已经安装调试完毕,系统测试性能良好。
A coal mine ventilator monitoring system was designed based on S7-224 and G150 according to the ventilation system in a coal mine of the baisha coal mining bureau. The system structure and control principle were given, analyze the choice of communication means between S7-244 and the PC ＆ G150 is analyze, the monitoring software functions in the upper machine and lower machine in is introduced. The system＇s installation and debugging has been accomplished, and it have good performance in the test process.
