摘要
传统的继电-接触器型的Y-△降压起动器以其结构简单、价格低廉、维修方便的优势仍在工矿企业中大量应用,但经常发生接触器主触点烧毛、熔焊的故障,可靠性低。在对常用Y-△降压起动电路进行分析的基础上,采用单片机进行了改进设计。
Traditional relay-contaetor Y-△ reduced voltage starter is being used widely in industrial and mining enterprises since the advantage of simple mechanism, low price, and convenient maintenance. Nevertheless, singeing of contaetor's main contact and welding fault always happen which causes the lower reliability. Analyses the common Y-△ reduced voltage starting circuit and puts forward an improvement design with MCU.
