阐述了神东矿区综采工作面刮板输送机垂直传动部安全、快捷安装的必要性。指出了其安装的难度,并且介绍了传统的安装方法。针对传统安装方法存在的问题,提出了自动化程度较高的安装方案并简要介绍了该安装专用装置,分析了该装置的优缺点。

The necessity of safety and efficiency installation of AFC vertical drive of the mechanized mining face in Shendong mining area was expounded. The difficulty of installation was pointed, and the traditional installation methods were also introduced. For the existing problems in traditional installation method, the installation plan with higher automation degree was developed, and the installation special device was briefly introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of this special device were analyzed.
