中压变频技术在矿井通风生产中的应用

Application on Medium Voltage Frequency Conversion Technique in Mine Ventilation

通过对开滦东欢坨矿业分公司中压变频器的优点及工作原理的分析,提出并实施了对矿井风机拖动方式进行改造的方案。使用中压变频器对风机实现变速运行以来,节能效果明显,并能依据井下所需风量、负压来调整风机的实际转速。

The plan on improving operation mode of mine ventilator was raised and conducted through analyzing the advantages and work principle of mediun voltage frequency converter in Kailuan Donghuantuo Mining Branch. The energyt-saving effect is tangible since the converter is used. The actually rotational speed of the ventilator can be adjusted according to the requirement of air quantity and negative pressure underground.
