A design method which is about software and hardware of on-line monitoring and management system,based on intelligent trolley hotbox was introduced.The device is able to effectively monitor and record various anomalies which is about the communication lines of the infrared hotbox detection system. Compared with the previous monitoring system, the device data real-time processing speed and capacity are greatly increased, it can analyze in the field, it has the function of uploading a variety of data record to the central management machine by the wireless network.
