摘要
为满足利用有限元技术对斜齿轮进行接触强度、动力学等有限元分析所需精确实体模型的要求,利用参数化设计语言APDL对渐开线变位斜齿轮进行了深入研究,实现了基于扫描造型法的斜齿轮副的实体模型,并利用用户界面设计语言UIDL开发了齿轮专用建模模块,真正实现了基于ANSYS的斜齿轮参数化实体造型。
In order to meet the requirements of exactitude solid model required analysis,such as contact and dynamics analysis on helical gear by finite element thorough research on involute modified helical cylinder gear by parametric design for finite element method,has made language (APDL). Solid model of helical gear pair based on scanning representation is realized. And the modeling module of gear was developed by utilizing the secondary development language UIDL. The helical gear parametric solid modeling is really achieved based on ANSYS.
