摘要
针对乳酸生产废水中有机物浓度高、可生化性好的特点,选择厌氧(IC反应器)/好氧处理工艺.IC反应器可去除废水中的大部分有机物,减轻后续好氧处理的压力.运行结果表明,原水COD为4000~6000mg/L,出水COD为100~130mg/L,达到国家规定的污水综合排放二级标准,产生的沼气可用于原水加热.
The internal organic and biodegradab circulation (IC) anaerobic reactor/aerobic process was used to treat the highly-concentrated le lactic acid wastewater. The great part of organic pollutants is removed in the IC reactor, which relieves pressure on the subsequent aerobic treatment. The operating results show that COD is reduced from 4 000-6 000 mg/L, reaching the second level criteria specified in the integrated wastewater discharge standard. The biogas produced in the IC reactor can be used for heating the raw wastewater.
