摘要
基于CRO5531转换短节接口,实现俄罗斯感应测井仪器与EILog系统遥传伽马短节挂接,从而实现俄罗斯感应测井仪器挂接EILog地面系统。转换短节的DTB及预留的CAN接口核心为FPGA芯片,其软件设计开发采用MAX+PLUSⅡ,地面软件在原有基础上添加仪器动态库及数据处理动态库,完成俄罗斯感应测井仪器测井数据的采集和处理。地面测试短节的转换精度与原面板相比误差在0.1%以下。通过测井对比包括与原设计配套面板测井资料、双感应八侧向测井资料、阵列感应测井资料对比,曲线重复性、一致性均达到要求。仪器测量精度高,稳定性好,达到了使用要求。
A CRO5531 crossover, based on its interface, connects Russian induction tool to gamma telemetry tool and finally makes EILog surface system compatible with Russian induction tool. The sub's DTB and CAN bus core reserved is a FPGA developed by MAX + PLUS Ⅱ. A dynamic library and a data processing dynamic library are added to the original surface software to achieve Russian induction logging data acquiring and processing. Surface tests haved proved that not only the sub's conversion accuracy error is less 0. 1 % compared to its original panel ,but also the curves" repeatability and consistency haved come to the requirements by logging comparison including original panel, dual induction laterallog 8 and array induction logging data. The downhole tools have been well applied in practice and achieved the logging requirements with higher ac5 curacy and better stability.
