摘要
利用FLUENT动网格技术建立多功能水泵控制阀的数学模型,模拟阀板启闭过程中阀门内部的流场特性。仿真结果表明,阀板启闭速度对流量和水力冲击压力变化的影响不容忽视。提出用该阀代替现有的电动闸阀与逆止阀的矿井排水系统改造方案。
The mathematic model of multi-functional pump-control valve is built based on FLUENT dynamic mesh technology, and the numerical simulation of the valve' s internal flow field during opening and closing are carried out. The simulation results show that the influences of plate speed on the flow and on the change of hydraulic impact pressure are not ignorable.
