摘要 目前,大功率IGBT器件在电力电子、煤矿工程机械等领域都有着极其广泛的应用。本文着重介绍IGBT专用驱动器EXB841的基本工作原理及其保护电路设计,有效的防止过流现象发生,保证驱动器和IGBT的安全工作。 At present,high-power IGBT devices have a very wide range of applications in power electronics,coal mining machinery and other fields.This paper introduces the basic working principle and its protection circuit design of the special IGBT driver EXB841.It can prevent the occurrence of over-current effectively,therefore to ensure the driver and IGBT work safely.
