摘要
患者女，27岁，怀孕37周又4d，因“上腹阵发性疼痛4h”于2009年5月26日在当地医院就诊考虑分娩宫缩引起，急行剖宫产剖出一女婴，术中同时发现胰腺明显肿胀充血，周围大量淡黄色液体渗出，考虑胰腺炎，术中在上腹部腹中线两侧放置两根腹腔引流管。
