内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术后出血的治疗 被引量：3

摘要 EST是诊治肝胆胰疾病的不可缺少的重要手段，但其并发症的发生在一定程度上是难以避免的，出血是EST较常见的并发症，为探讨EST术中及术后迟发性出血治疗的方法，我们对近5年来EST术中及术后迟发性出血的21例患者作一回顾性分析，现总结如下。
