新兵5000米越野跑后血清心肌损伤标记物变化 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨5000米越野跑是否对尚未适应训练的新兵导致不易发现的轻微心肌损伤,为合理制定新兵训练方案提供实验依据。方法:入伍1个月的男性新兵30名,晨起后空腹越野跑5000m,分别观察跑前与跑后即刻和4h血清糖原磷酸化酶BB(GPBB)、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、肌红蛋白(Myo)、肌钙蛋白(cTnT)、肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK-MB)的变化。结果:GPBB在运动后即刻(26.44±3.57μmol/L)和4h(29.36±5.08μmol/L)较运动前(22.28±3.47μmol/L)显著升高(P<0.01)。H-FABP在运动后4h(17.27±0.99ng/ml)较运动前(16.52±0.46ng/ml)显著升高(P<0.01)。Myo及其与H-FABP比值、cT-nTI、MA、CK及CK-MB运动前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:5000m越野跑可使尚未适应军事训练的新兵血清GPBB和H-FABP水平升高,这可能与运动导致心肌细胞膜通透性增加有关。
