摘要
采用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机研究了变形温度、冷却速度对塑料模具718钢显微组织和硬度的影响。试验结果表明,718塑料模具钢在奥氏体区变形后,从600℃开始以不高于0.02℃/s的速度缓慢冷却,可获得贝氏体组织,硬度(HRC)为40~44;在奥氏体未再结晶区变形产生的位错缠结抑制了贝氏体铁素体的长大,并使718钢的硬度提高。
The dependence of microstructure of plastic die 718 steel upon cooling rate and deformation temperature was investigated using a Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical test system.The results showed that the on line pre treatment of 718 steel could be conducted by a controlled cooling process consisted of prior air cooling down to about 600 ℃ and then slow cooling at rate of no more than 0 02 ℃/s to ambient temperature after finish rolling in austenite region.The hardness steel treated by the process revealed of HRC 40~44.The growth of bainitic ferrite was stifled by tangled dislocations introduced by heavy deformation in unrecrystallized austenite region leading to higher hardness in the steel.
