摘要
用戈尔薄膜液体过滤器处理钢厂不锈钢酸洗工序排出的酸性含氟废水的试验结果表明,采用电石渣悬浊液中和废水并经戈尔薄膜液体过滤器过滤,当pH值为9~10,滤膜孔径为0.5μm时,氟的去除率达99%以上,出水氟离子浓度低于10mg/L。
The application of the Gore membrane back pulse filter in the F containing waste water treatment in the stainless steel acid washing process of steel plant is reported The result proves that when the waste water with pH value 9~10 is neutralized by calcium carbide sediment,then filted by Gore back pulse filter with membrane 0 5 μm,the removal rate of flour is more than 99 %,the fluo anion in the clarificated water is lower than 10 mg/L,which meets the National environmental protection standard
