15%过氧化脲漂白无髓变色牙的临床效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价15%过氧化脲漂白无髓变色牙的治疗效果。方法:对89例(97颗)无髓变色、牙冠完整的前牙根据牙齿变色的时间分成A组(变色2年之内)、B组(变色2~5年)、和C组(变色5年以上),均使用15%过氧化脲进行诊间和夜间漂白相结合、冠内和冠外联合漂白治疗,应用Spss17.0软件包对所得到的数据进行统计学分析。结果:总有效率91.75%,其中A组有效率100%,B组有效率94.59%,而C组有效率仅为66.67%。A、B两组牙齿治疗提高的色阶数值的差异没有统计学意义。结论:15%过氧化脲进行诊间和夜间漂白相结合、冠内和冠外联合漂白能有效地治疗无髓变色牙。 Objective To evaluate the effect of non-vital discolored tooth bleaching by 15% carbamide peroxide. Methods 97 non-vital discolored anterior teeth with intact crowns,which are from 89 patients, were included in this clinical study. These teeth were divided into three groups according to the time length that the discoloration lasts for: Group A(no more than 2 years),Group B (more than 2 years and no more than 5 years),Group C (more than 5 years).For each treatment,an intracoronal bleeching was applied continually using 15% carbamide peroxide.Afterwards,the patient took self-bleeching during night-time using extracoronal application of 15% carbamide peroxide until the next treatment.This method was performed equally to the three groups.All data obtained was analyzed statistically by SPSS 17.0 software package. Results Comparing the extent of discoloration to the standard of "efficient discoloration" (defined by author in advance),91.75% of teeth from total satisfied the standard of "efficient discoloration";The percentage was 100% for Group A;The percentage was 94.59% for Group B and 66.67% for Group C.The difference between color shade change data provided by Group A and Group B was not significant. Conclusion A combination of intracornal and extracoronal applications of 15% carbamide peroxide is an effective bleaching technique for non-vital discolored teeth.
