摘要
以信息传播技术(ICT)广泛深入应用为特色的基础教育改革已在英国苏格兰取得了长足发展。苏格兰地区中小学教师作为教育改革的实施者,其信息技术能力同样也得到了相应的重视,并通过特色培训得以提高。通过分析和归纳苏格兰地区中小学师资信息技术培训的相关政策、支持机制和途径,揭示了苏格兰中小学师资信息技术培训的理念和方式,对我国中小学师资信息技术培训具有一定的借鉴价值。
With an extensive application of information and communication technology（ICT）,based education reform has inade substantial progress in Scotland.Therefore, as implementers of education reform, the Scottish primary and secondary school teachers＇ information technology capabilities also have been paid a corresponding attention,and through the characteristics of the training,teachers＇ information technology capabilities can be improved.This paper analyzed and summarized in the Scottish primary and secondary school teachers training in information technology from related policies, support mechanisms and approaches, and revealed the concept and methods of the primary and secondary school teachers training in information technology in Scotland,which have a certain reference value to Chinese primary and secondary school teachers training in information technology.
