中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴按压治疗顺铂引起延迟性呕吐的临床观察

Clinical observation of auricular acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with compression on controlling delayed vomit induced by cisplatin

目的观察中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴按压治疗顺铂引起延迟性呕吐的疗效。方法90例患者采用随机交叉设计,设治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规止吐方案:格拉司琼3mg,静滴,地塞米松5mg,静滴,均每日1次,至化疗结束;治疗组在常规方案基础上加用自制中药膏剂穴位贴敷联合耳穴按压,至化疗结束后5天。化疗2个周期评价止吐效果和临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组止吐有效率为93.3%,对照组为71.1%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组临床症状改善率为94.4%,对照组为60.0%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴按压能有效增强常规止吐方案对顺铂的止吐效果,并且对化疗所致的食欲欠佳,腹胀等症状改善明显,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with compression on controlling delayed vomit induced by cisplatin and simultaneously granisteron and dexamethasone were used.Methods The vomiting control rate and improvement of clinical symptoms of ninety cases were observed by self-cross contrast.Results The antiemetic effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group 93.3% compared with control group 71.1%（P〈0.01）.The effective rate of clinical symptom improvement was significantly higher in treatment group 94.4% compared with that in control group 60.0%（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Auricular acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with compression plus granisteron and dexamethasone can produce definite effect on controlling delayed vomit induced by cisplatin and improve quality of life.
