重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗或放疗治疗27例老年恶性肿瘤的临床观察

Clinical observation of endostar combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy in elderly patients with malignant tumor

目的观察重组人血管内皮抑素(恩度)联合化疗或放疗在老年恶性肿瘤治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法27例晚期老年恶性肿瘤患者,联合常规化疗药物静脉治疗25例,其中包括恩度局部用药1例和腹腔灌注1例;另2例联合放疗,观察用药后的近期疗效、生活质量和毒副反应。结果可评价疗效的22例患者中,治疗2周期以上获PR6例,SD10例,PD6例。4例QOL改善,12例QOL稳定,6例下降。主要毒副反应包括血液学毒性、消化道反应和乏力等,均可以耐受。结论恩度联合化疗或放疗治疗老年恶性肿瘤安全、有效,值得推广应用。

Objective：To observe the security and validity of radio-chemotherapy combined with endostar in the elderly malignant tumor.Methods There were twenty-seven patients.Among them,25 patients were combined with routine chemotherapy medicament by mainline,including one patient injected endostar locally and another one affused in peritoneal cavity.The other two paitents were combined with radiotherapy.The recent efficacy,quality of life and drug toxicity were observed.Results In objective tumor response,there were 6 patients who achieved a PR,10 patients SD,6 patients PD in the evaluable 22 patients.Four patients showed a quality of life improvement,12 patients stabilization,and 6 patients descent in the 22 patients.In security,except one patient by painless acute myocardial infarction,and the others were tolerable.Conclusion Radio-chemotherapy combined with endostar for the elderly malignant tumor is security and validity.
