青海湖裸鲤类胰岛素生长因子IGF-Ⅱ的原核表达 被引量:8

摘要 青海湖裸鲤(Gymnocypris przewalskii)俗称湟鱼,属鲤科裂腹鱼亚科裸鲤属,是我国最大内陆咸水湖青海湖中唯一的经济鱼类,其生长极其缓慢,平均每生长到500g需要近10年[1]。青海湖裸鲤具有明显的生殖洄游。
