摘要 目的研究Wnt8a在小鼠胚胎心肌分化中的作用。方法实验组以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作为诱导剂,对照组以DMSO和Frizzled-8/Fc作为诱导剂,诱导小鼠胚胎干细胞心肌细胞分化,检测分化过程中Wnt8a的表达,对比分化率。结果两组在分化第2,3,4天Wnt8a表达,分化细胞具有自动收缩性;实验组分化率为92.22%,对照组分化率为37.78%,差异性具有统计学意义。结论Wnt8a促进小鼠胚胎心肌分化。 Objective To investigate the role of Wnt8a in embryonic cardiomyocytes.Methods Embryonic stem cells are induced by Dimethy sulfoxide in experimental group and by DMSO and Frizzled-8/Fc in control group.The expression of Wnt8a is detected during differentiation.The rate of differentiation is compared.Results Wnt8a is expressed in 2,3,4 days in two groups,differentiated cells are automatic;Differentiation rate is 92.22% in experimental group and control group is 37.78%,Difference between the two groups is statistically signifi cant.Conclusion Wnt8a can promote cardiomyocytes differentiation in mouse embryonic.
