2006~2008年间我院烧伤感染细菌学及药敏分析

摘要 目的分析引起烧伤感染的细菌学特点及药物敏感变化,为烧伤感染的合理用药提供实验室依据。方法回顾分析2006~2008年间我院烧伤病房住院患者感染及药敏情况,细菌学鉴定及药敏采用PhoenixSystemAAA-08707全自动细菌鉴定/药敏系统分析。结果金黄色葡萄球菌的感染率居首位(39%),其次是鲍曼不动杆菌(17%),肺炎克雷伯菌居第三位(10.6%),金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素保持高度敏感性(100%),主要G-菌对亚胺培南均保持高度敏感性。结论烧伤感染患者主要检出菌对多种抗菌药物的敏感性差,对于金黄色葡萄球菌,尤其是耐甲氧西林株所致感染最好选用万古霉素治疗,亚胺培南可作为对主要G-菌感染的治疗选择。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of bacteriology and the drug sensitivity changes at the patients with infection of burn,to provide laboratory basis for clinical medication.Methods Retrospective analysis the infection and drug sensitivity of inpatients in the burn ward in 2006~2008,the analysis of bacteriology identif ication and drug susceptibility using Phoenix System AAA-08707 automatic bacterial identif ication/susceptibility systems.Results Staphylococcus aureus infection rate ranks first (39%),followed by Acinetobacter baumannii (17%),Klebsiella pneumoniae ranks third (10.6%),Staphylococcus aureus to vancomycin maintain a high degree of sensitivity (100%),mainly Gram-negative bacteria remain highly sensitive to imipenem.Conclusion The bacteria were detected in patients of burn infection have low sensitivity to multiple antimicrobial agents,the best drug of treatment for Staphylococcus aureus,especially methicillin-resistant strains of infections is vancomycin,imipenem can be used as the main G-bacteria infection treatment options.
