摘要
目的了解免疫球蛋白和T细胞免疫在三氯乙烯中毒发病中的作用,探讨三氯乙烯中毒发生的免疫学机制。方法用免疫球蛋白测定试剂盒和流式细胞仪技术分别对病例组与对照组的免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG和IgM)、T细胞亚群表面标志CD3、CD4和CD8的表达情况进行分析。结果三氯乙烯中毒患者免疫球蛋白IgM明显降低(P<0.01),CD4和CD8比例明显升高(P<0.01)。结论三氯乙烯中毒患者体内存在免疫功能失调,观察免疫球蛋白IgM和T细胞亚群变化有助于判断病情程度和指导治疗。
Objective To explore the effects of immunoglobulin and T-lymphocyte subsets on trichloroethylene poisoning,and to investigate the immune mechanisms of pathogenesis of trichloroethylene poisoning.Methods The expression of immunoglobulins (IgA,IgG and IgM) and the expression of CD3,CD4 and CD8 on the T cell surface in patients group and control group were detected by immune globins detection kit and flow cytometry,respectively.Results The level of IgM signifi cantly decreased in patients with trichloroethylene poisoning(P0.01),however,the CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells of patients increased dramatically compared with that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion The immune in patients with trichloroethylene poisoning become dysfunction,and the detection of IgM and T-lymphocyte subsets may help to the diagnosis and therapy of trichloroethylene poisoning.
