摘要
通过对经6 GPa压力(700℃下)处理前后铜-铝合金在加热过程中α+γ2→β相变温度、相变时间和相变激活能的测试与计算,探讨了高压处理对合金中α+γ2→β相变的影响。结果表明:高压处理能降低合金的α+γ2→β相变温度和相变激活能,缩短相变时间,有利于α+γ2→β相变,但对相变机制的影响不大。
Before and after 6 GPa pressure treatment, the phase transformation temperature, time and activation energy of α+γ2→β in Cu-Al alloy during heating were measured and caculated. The effect of high pressure treatment on the transformation of α+γ2→β in the alloy was discussed. The results show that high pressure treatment could decrease the transformation temperature and transformation activation energy, shorten the transformation time, and be beneficial to the transformation ofα+γ2→β in the Cu-Al alloy, but had little effect on the transformation mechanism.
