摘要
分别采用工业Al(OH)3和工业α-Al2O3作为铝源,CaO和轻质CaCO3作为钙源,按照理论配比通过高温固相反应合成了六铝酸钙。借助XRD和SEM等测试手段研究了不同钙源、不同铝源以及不同煅烧温度对合成六铝酸钙的物相组成及显微形貌的影响。结果表明:以Al(OH)3和CaCO3为原料,在1 550℃保温3 h合成的六铝酸钙晶粒发育呈片状;以α-Al2O3和CaO为原料在1 550℃保温3 h合成的六铝酸钙晶粒发育呈颗粒状;Al(OH)和CaCO在高温下的分解有利于片状六铝酸钙的生长发育。
Calcium hexaluminate(CA6) was synthesized using Al(OH)3 or commercial α-Al2O3 as Al2O3 source,calcium oxide or lightweight calcium carbonate as CaO source by high temperature solid phase reaction based on the stoichiometric ratio of CA6.Effects of Al2O3 source,CaO source,and synthesizing temperature on phase composition and microstructure of synthesized CA6 were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that:(1)lamellar CA6 was synthesized using Al(OH)3 and lightweight CaCO3 as starting materials and firing at 1 550 ℃ for 3 h;(2)granular CA6 was synthesized using α-Al2O3 and CaO as starting materials and firing at 1 550 ℃ for 3 h;(3)the decomposition of Al(OH)3 and CaCO3 is beneficial to the growth of flaky CA6.
