喉癌组织PTEN和Ang-2表达及其临床意义的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨抑癌基因(PTEN)和促血管生成素2(Ang-2)在喉鳞状细胞癌、正常喉组织中的表达关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例喉鳞状细胞癌患者的病理标本及10例正常喉组织例标本中PTEN和Ang-2的表达。结果:PTEN阳性表达灰度值在癌组织中低于正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.05),与组织分化程度有相关性,P<0.031;Ang-2阳性表达灰度值在癌组织中明显高于正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.041),与组织分化程度有相关性,P<0.01。PTEN与Ang-2呈直线负相关。结论:在喉鳞状细胞癌发生的过程中,PTEN和Ang-2可能发生异常表达,对喉鳞状细胞癌发展作用不同,但与喉鳞状细胞癌的进展无关。 OBJECTIVE:To explore the expression relationship between PTEN and Ang-2 in laryngeal carcinoma and in normal laryngeal tissues.METHODS:The expressions of Ang-2 protein and PTEN protein were studied by immunohistochemical staining in the 30 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma and 10 specimens of normal laryngeal tissues.RESULTS:PTEN had the relationship with the progression degree of stain in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and was different from that in the normal laryngeal tissues in the molecular level(P〈0.05).The average ash with positive expression of PTEN was related to the pathologic classifications in laryngeal carcinoma(P〈0.031);Ang-2 had the relationship with the progression degree of stain in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and was different from that in the normal laryngeal tissues in the molecular level(P〈0.041).The average ash with positive expression of Ang-2 was related to the pathologic classifications in laryngeal carcinoma(P〈0.01).Ang-2 and PTEN had a negative correlation in laryngeal cancer.CONCLUSION:Laryngeal cancer with Ang-2 and PTEN expressions is prone to abnormity expressions,and there are different actions in the 1aryngeal cancer.
