摘要
利用中国28个制造业产业1996-2006年的面板数据,分短期和长期分析了制造业企业市场进入决定机制。结果表明:宏观经济增长、产业市场规模与制造业企业市场进入正相关;行业资本规模对市场进入短期内具有负面效应,但是长期内壁垒性作用降低;行政性制度壁垒仍是阻碍企业有效市场进入的重要因素。从产业利润率对企业市场进入的影响来看,短期内中国企业市场进入具有替代进入特征,而长期内中国企业市场进入具有纠错进入特征。
The paper explores the factor of the entry of Chinese manufacturing enterprises by the panel data of the twenty-eight manufacturing industries of China in the period of 1996-2006. The author distinguishes the time period. The paper mentions that economic increase and market scale affect the entry of enterprises. In the same time, the scale economy decided by assets scale has been structure entry barriers to firm entry. We can not ignore that the institutional barrier impedes entry and exit behaviors also. In the short time, the entry of enterprises is market entry basing on the substitute. In the long time,the entry of enterprises is the market entry basing on the correction.
