摘要
描写薛仁贵与柳迎春爱情的《汾河湾》及薛平贵与王宝钏的《武家坡》,故事情节虽十分相似,但其时代背景、婚姻爱情观、褒贬的主题思想迥然。二者分别产生在唐初自由婚第二次高潮兴起与唐亡后自由婚衰落的两个时期。柳氏坚持恋爱自由婚姻自主,王氏则是抵制门阀等级婚的嫌贫爱富。前者褒扬忠君爱国,后者谴责卖国求荣。薛仁贵是东征西讨的名将,薛平贵则是认贼作父、卖国求荣、甘当儿皇帝的后唐叛将石敬瑭的化身。石敬瑭的侄儿石重贵继帝位后,欲借薛仁贵之光环,要与辽帝国平等"平贵",只当孙而不称臣,这就是"薛平贵"之名的由来。
The story plots of describing love between Xue Rengui and Liu Yingchun in "Fenhewan" and between Xue Pinggui and Wang Baochuan in "Wujiapo"are similar each other but their historical background and theme are different very much. The former was created during early Tang Dynasty with the second rise of free marriage and the latter was created after Tang Dynasty when free marriage declined. Liu insisted on love freedom and warriage freedown while Wang resisted influential family and rank. The former praised loyalty to empire and patriotism, and latter condemned turning traitor for gains. Xue Rengui was a famons general fighting east and west on many fronts but Xue Pinggui regarded the enemy as kith and kin, sought piwer by betraying his country and became puppet emperor as the embadiment of Shi Jingtang. Later ,Shi Chonggui,Shi Jingtang 's nephew, became emperor, he wanted to take Xue Rengui's honor to seek equal position from Liao Empire. This is the source of "Xue Pinggui. "
