摘要 本文论述了激光处理技术发展趋势和应用前景,并结合我们近几年的工作情况,说明发动机缸体(套)内壁经激光处理后的性能大幅度提高,报废的石材锯片经激光处理后其使用寿命可达到新锯片的水平,同时阐述了轴类零件经激光相变硬化处理能提高使用寿命2~3倍。 This paper presents the development tendency and application prosperity of laser treatment technology Based on recent work experience,the author illustrates that the performance of inner wall of engine cylinder is greatly improved and the service life of a scrapped saw for stone material may be as good as a new saw when they are treated by laser On the other hand,shaft parts may improve its service life by 2 to 3 times when they are treated by phase transformation harde ning technology
