摘要
翡翠是具粒状、纤维状镶嵌结构和眼球状、网状、港湾状、孤岛状和束状构造，以硬玉为主的辉石类矿物集合体宝石。其质地优劣取决于硬玉等辉石类矿物在翡翠矿石中所占的比例，以及硬玉中微量Cr3＋离子的含量、矿石的结构构造类型。从缅甸、俄罗斯和日本的翡翠物质组分、结构构造可以推断它的成因与成矿过程中的物理化学环境。
Feicui is a gem of pyroxene aggregate, mainly jadeit, with grained, fibrous mosaic texture and ocellar, netted, bay-like, island-form and bunchy structure. Its quality is determined by the ratio of jadeit in the ore, Cr3+content in the jadeit, texture and structure of the ore.
