英国劳动关系的发展——工会、集体谈判与劳动争议处理 被引量:13

摘要 在过去几十年里,英国劳动关系经历了从自主、对抗到合作的曲折历程。工会在鼎盛与衰退之后,正试图走向复兴;集体谈判呈现萎缩与分散化;劳动争议处理的主要机构——劳动咨询调解仲裁委员会的角色也从"防止和解决"逐渐转为"服务和支持"。
