摘要
目的对液体进行快速运送时,有效抑制液面的振动,保证产品质量和生产安全.方法利用拉格朗日法建立液体运送时的数学模型,采用C语言编制的DFP法计算得出最优电压控制量,利用MATLAB仿真软件得到仿真结果.结果评价函数不带积分项时,液体的残留振动为零,但运送过程中的振动角较大;而评价函数带积分项时,运送中的振动角和残留振动都能得到有效抑制.结论应用最优控制原理实现对液体运送过程中液面振动的控制,液面不仅在运动停止时不产生振动,而且在整个运送过程中也保持平稳,这对相关行业具有重要的指导意义.
When the liquid is quickly transferred, it is important to control liquid sloshing so that the product quality and production safety can be guaranteed. A model of liquid sloshing is derived by using Lagrange Equation in this paper, and the optimal control voltage is computed by DFP method which is programmed by C language. The simulating result is acquired by means of using MATLAB simulate software. It shows that the residual liquid sloshing is zero when the cost function has no integral term, but the liquid sloshing is strong during liquid transfer;when the cost function has integral term, both liquid sloshing with transfer and the residual sloshing can be controlled well. That indicates that the method of liquid sloshing control, based on the optimal control theory, can be realized not only after transfer, but also during transfer process, which has significance for casting industry.
