摘要
对临床上少见的病例痔疮术后并发脑梗塞作了报道，并总结了此病例的共同特点，提出了导致脑梗塞的可能原因及防治方法．
This paper reports 2 cases of cerebral infarction caused by piles operation,summarizes their common characteristics,and points out the causes and their prevention and cure methods.
