肌皮瓣在修复骶部褥疮中的应用

Application of Muscle Skin Petal to Repair of Sacrum Bedsore

结合治疗截瘫合并骶部褥疮的长期临床实践，设计并报道了１８例臀大肌及阔筋膜张肌肌皮瓣移植术，总结出了术前、术中、术后处理措施的要点．根据该病的病理生理学和临床特点，提出了手术治疗中的相应对策．

In the combination of clinical practice of treatment of paraplegia with complication of sacrum bedsore,18 cases of muscle skin petal transplant operation of gluteus maaimus and tensor fasciae latae have been designed and reported.This paper has provided a summary of the keypoints of the measures taken before ,amid and after the operation .On the basis of pathophysiology and clinical features of sacrum bedsore ,the paper has proposed some corresponding weatures used in the operation.
