摘要
以银杏(GinkgobilobaL.)树的果实白果为原料,采用pH7.8的磷酸盐缓冲抽提6h,用硫酸铵分级沉淀的方法,首次由白果制备出有较高活性的超氧阴离子自由基清除剂.该清除剂对邻苯三酚自氧化系统产生的O-·2有较强的清除能力.每毫升清除剂的活性约相当于SOD120U酶活力单位.热稳定试验表明,在25~75℃范围内,银杏超氧自由基清除剂的活性无明显降低.
The superoxide radical scavenger of Ginkgo was prepared from Semen Ginkgo.This superoxide radical scavenger exhibted superoxide anion scavenging activity.Heat test showed that the activity of superoxide radical scavenger was not affect from 25 ℃ to 75 ℃ at pH 8.2.
