摘要
对添加不同分子量及不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)超滤膜的制备进行了初步的探索,实验表明:对PVA-175,当PEG的分子量大于6000时,因PEG与PVA相溶性变差而不能成膜.PEG-1000对PVA-175超滤膜的改性有较好的作用,调节PEG与PVA的比例,可得到截留分子量约5000和15000的超滤膜.
The influence factors,such as the molecular weight and different concentration of polyethylene glycol (PEG) was studied on preparation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) ultrafiltration (UF)membrane.The PEG PVA UF membrane cann't be made when the molecular weight of PEG is more than 6 000.The results show that PEG is of good use for the improvement of the performances of PVA UF membrane.PVA UF member with molecular weight cut off 5 000 and 15 000 can be made by selecting proper composition of PEG PVA casting solution.
